Animal shelters often struggle to match pets with loving homes, recruit volunteers, and secure critical funding. Traditional platforms rely on static pet profiles that fail to capture an animal’s personality, disengaging potential supporters. In response, this research project introduces a cross platform mobile application built with .NET MAUI that harnesses artificial intelligence to deliver personalized pet recommendations while seamlessly connecting users to donation and volunteer opportunities.
