This research paper dives deeper into the true impact NIL is having on college sports. The main question this paper was trying to answer was if NIL is a positive or negative thing for college athletics, based on competition and competitive balance. This paper focuses on the industry as a whole, however focusing mainly on football, and men and women's basketball.
